What it does

The only letting-agent client-check that overlays property-risk data on the same record as the AML / sanctions / PEP / UBO screen. Tenant + landlord compliance (OFSI/UN/EU sanctions plus OpenSanctions PEP and adverse-media catalogues, PSC tree + UBOs for corporate landlords) joined with a property-risk pack (flood, radon, coal mining, contaminated land, knotweed, MEES verdict + upgrade payback, crime by category with 12-month sparkline + 3-month direction-band forecast, composite A-F neighbourhood index) no Lane-1 compliance peer ships on a letting-agent flow. One POST returns combined JSON plus a signed audit-grade PDF, ready for the agent's client file. Audit-trail-ready for HMRC inspection under MLR-2017; meets LSAG-2025 expectations for tenant + landlord screening; surfaces tenant-safety + landlord-conversation signals (MEES payback, ownership-velocity flag, fresh/stale sanctions listing, PEP→adverse-media cross-reference) the competitors leave out.
