Register, in six parts.
In every plan.
Companies House does the typing
Add a company by name or number: its details, directors, owners, filing deadlines and directors’ ID status come in.
Bring your list
Import a CSV or Excel file of up to 500 clients. Rows that can’t be added say why, and nothing is added until you say so.
One page per client
Summary, people, checks and results, risk with its reasons, deadlines, tasks, notes, documents and a timeline of everything that happened.
Your client fills in the rest
A details link per client: they send their full name, date of birth, nationality and address, with no login. It works once, for 14 days.
Find anyone fast
Search, and filter by risk, deadlines due soon, open alerts or never checked.
Your team, with roles
Owner, member or look-only. Invite colleagues by link.
Three steps.
- 1
Add or import your clients
By name or company number, or from a spreadsheet.
- 2
Ask for what is missing
Copy a client’s details link into your own email or message.
- 3
Check them
One click on each client, or several at once.
Asked about the register.
Is this a CRM?
No. It is the register your money laundering records hang off: who each client is, who is behind them, what you checked and what changed. It works alongside your practice software.
What happens when we stop acting for a client?
Archive them. Their daily watch stops, and their checks, documents and history stay in your register.
Does our spreadsheet leave our computer when we import it?
No. The file is read in your browser; only the rows you choose to add are sent.
Where is the register kept?
In the UK: Amazon Web Services in London, encrypted. Documents are private and opened only through links that last minutes.
