Sanctions list changes by API
Who was added to and removed from the UK Sanctions List, and the UN, EU and US OFAC lists, each day, as JSON. One call, GET /v1/sanctions/changes, from the same daily 04:00 UTC refresh that every Stratum screen uses.
It comes with every Sanctions Screening plan (from £39 a month, with a 14-day free trial) and doesn’t count as a check, so it costs nothing on top of the plan. See the plans.
Call it

A real day from the history (2 October 2026), trimmed to one item per list:

}- added and removed: listings that appeared in, or left, the published list that day, with the publisher’s reference, regime and (where the list gives it) the designation date.
- amended: the same name re-issued under a new reference, shown once with
previousListingIdrather than as a removal plus an addition. - withheld: a step too large to be one day of designations (a change of source or file format on a list) is held back with its counts, so a feed built on this never shows thousands of false changes.
- A list is only compared when both days hold a fresh copy of it; days with no change are left out.
What people build with it
- A daily digest of new UK designations for a compliance team.
- Re-screening only when a list actually changed, instead of on a timer.
- An audit trail of when a listing first appeared, next to each screen you ran.
